Clear routes to care
Condition pages, first-visit information, fees and FAQs give patients a way to explore their questions before contacting the clinic. Appointment links lead to the contact page on desktop and a phone call on mobile.
An established London practice.
A website built around the patient.

The brief
Battersea Back Clinic has been caring for its local community since 1996. Its previous website no longer reflected the practice or the information new patients needed before getting in touch.
We worked with the clinic’s content and visual direction to rebuild the website from the ground up: translating detailed layouts into a responsive experience and handling the technical work through to launch.
What we delivered
Condition pages, first-visit information, fees and FAQs give patients a way to explore their questions before contacting the clinic. Appointment links lead to the contact page on desktop and a phone call on mobile.
We turned the clinic’s detailed visual direction into a reusable web system, refining typography, image crops, spacing and navigation across desktop and mobile.
Page titles, descriptions, structured business information and a sitemap sit behind the patient-facing content. Location and service information are presented clearly throughout the site.
We handled hosting and domain setup, analytics and consent controls, then supported the clinic in using an AI-assisted workflow to edit and refine its own content.
Designed around real questions
What happens at the first appointment? What should I bring? How much does it cost?
The new website gives those questions a proper place, connecting practical information with clear next steps.

The result
The clinic now has a live, responsive website that brings its services, patient information and contact routes together. Its team can continue refining the content, with a working setup and support behind it.
In September 2026, the clinic shared a screenshot showing Battersea Back Clinic cited and listed in Google AI Mode for “backache in Battersea”.
