I’m Bradley, the founder of Crux. I work with clinics, pharmacies and healthcare teams on the patient journeys, connected operations and digital products that make a service work.

From the service to the software

My background brings nursing experience together with product design and software development. That combination shapes the questions I ask: what does the patient need, what does the team have to do and where does the work become harder than it should?

At Cadence Health, my founder work includes Nudge, a patient companion, and CadenceRx, connecting patient journeys with clinical and pharmacy operations. My experience also includes product and delivery roles at SmartCMD and Healios, including its private-care brand Melios.

What Crux does

Crux builds patient portals, connected workflows and clinic websites. The starting point is a real problem, followed by a useful first scope and working software or a better patient journey.

Battersea Back Clinic is client website work. Nudge and CadenceRx are founder work at Cadence Health. The portfolio labels reflect those different relationships.

Practical writing
